Information and Logistics:
- The Dining Commons will open at 7:30 for breakfast. We very strongly encourage you to get breakfast before you come to the buses. You must be in the upper McInnis parking lot at 7:55am. Look for your TA holding your sign from Faculty Firesides.
- Bagged lunches will be provided in Camden. If you've let your TA know about a food allergy, that information has been communicated and an alternate lunch will be provided. If you have a food allergy and would be more comfortable, please feel free to bring your own food.
- Wear clothes that can get dirty or painted, closed-toe shoes, and clothes that are appropriate for representing Eastern to the larger community. Eastern gear is encouraged!!
- The weather on Saturday looks to be in the 70s and cloudy to partly-cloudy (despite the hurricane to our south). We hope that holds but this is a rain or shine event and will only be cancelled in case of extreme weather. Bring a water bottle to take advantage of water stations around UrbanPromise's campus. You may be either inside or outside in a huge variety of service projects which could include painting, cleaning and reorganizing classrooms, moving classes, weeding and garden work, etc.
