EU students will help in the afterschool program which provides social emotional learning in a grades 1-4 curriculum. SEL is specifically woven into the art programming for children. This program offers tools to help children succeed through learning a basis of transferable skills of social emotional learning through art.

We have various outing in which we meet people affected by the prison system and support them through fellowship and spending time with them. Some of our outings include going to a youth detention center and a halfway house.

• Plan (on campus) and participate in a variety of prison ministry opportunities throughout the week.

• Music and/or speaking skills preferred. Students must be 18 or older and have no relatives in the House of Corrections. Cannot wear jewelry, hooded sweatshirts or open toed shoes.

Background checks and clearances are REQUIRED.
